The Rock to replace Solo Sikoa as The Tribal Chief of Bloodline 2.0 on WWE SmackDown? Possibility explored

The 2024 Bad Blood Premium Live Event ended with an unexpected cliffhanger after The Rock made his return following the main event. The Final Boss did not utter a word as he stood on the entrance ramp and stared at Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes, who teamed up to defeat The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. Jimmy Uso, who had returned to help Reigns beat Solo and Fatu, was also in the ring.

Before leaving, The Final Boss counted to three with his finger and made a slit-throat gesture. Following his comeback in Atlanta, The Rock could appear on the upcoming episode of SmackDown and reveal himself as the man behind the fall of the Roman-led Bloodline.

However, in a shocking twist, The Brahma Bull could replace Solo Sikoa as The Tribal Chief and lead The Bloodline going forward. Many believe the heel faction lost momentum after Sikoa took over its leadership. While The Street Champion added strong members to the stable, he usually gets easily overpowered by Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.

Rhodes has pinned the 31-year-old twice in recent months; Solo even took the three count at Bad Blood 2024 at the hands of the Original Tribal Chief, which might have upset The Rock.

Additionally, Solo Sikoa accidentally leaked the secret that The Final Boss' return at Bad Blood was "Part of the plan." The People's Champion could punish him for spilling the beans ahead of the planned time.

Following his return, the Hollywood star could finally feud with Roman Reigns, leading to a showdown at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.

The Rock vs. Roman Reigns was originally planned for this year's WrestleMania. However, the WWE Universe expressed displeasure and supported Cody Rhodes and his dream of winning the World Championship. This forced the company to change plans, and The People's Champion and Reigns ended up teaming up to face Rhodes and Seth Rollins at WrestleMania Night One.

Triple H reacts to The Rock coming back at Bad Blood 2024

The Rock last appeared on the RAW after WrestleMania 40, where he promised Cody Rhodes that he would come after him once he returned to the company.

At the Bad Blood post-show press conference, Triple H shared his thoughts on The Rock's much-awaited comeback to the Stamford-based promotion. The WWE's Chief Content Officer even admired The People's Champion for his commitment to World Wrestling Entertainment despite having a hectic schedule.

"I thought it's amazing the return of Jimmy Uso, and then The Rock showing up. You have to be the biggest superstar in the world to be able to hit your music, walk out, blow the roof off the place, and I am out. It's epic. I'm thankful to him with everything he has got going on in his career and his life. He has never looked away from what brought him to the dance and what his roots are. It's in his DNA, it is in his blood, it is who he is. Anytime we are at a place where he can take that 30 seconds from his incredible schedule to come back and feel that electricity that you can only get in WWE, he does it. I am thrilled for it and thankful for him," Triple H said.

It remains to see what Triple H and Co. have in store for The Final Boss and how things will unfold with Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns being on the same side against The Bloodline.
