The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 29?
The Undertaker is undoubtedly one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. A man who started his career in 1990 and survives in the industry even today. Everyone knows his history with Kane. When he defeated Jimmy Snuka at WrestleMania 7, he didn’t know that this would be the beginning of the greatest streak in WWE. 20-0 so far at WrestleMania, but for how long will he continue to compete at the biggest show of them all?
The Undertaker was interviewed by Tim Howe at Florida Championship Wrestling Event in Tampa, Florida and take a look on briefings:
Howe: “You make me proud to be a fan, every year that you keep going to WrestleMania. I’ll keep going to WrestleMania.”
Undertaker: “Yeah, well don’t make any plans for April”
Howe: “What? No! Please, you have to be there..!!!”
Undertaker: “(laughs) We’ll see what happens.”
I’m not sure what that means. Is he retiring ? A 22-year-long career is quite an achievement. We saw him on the 1000th episode of RAW where the two brothers destroyed the other wrestlers. After their match at WrestleMania 27, Triple H said to Undertaker, “you won the match, I won the war”. The Undertaker wasn’t able to stand on his feet and after their match at WrestleMania 28 , I thought the Undertaker wouldn’t be able to continue. WWE is losing its best wrestlers; first Batista , HBK, Jericho, Triple H and now, The Undertaker?
Let’s see what happens as The Undertaker says and meanwhile, enjoy a tribute video of the Dead Man:
