The Undisputed Era look forward to challenges of WarGames and Survivor Series
In this week's episode of WWE SmackDown, all four members of The Undisputed Era took on The New Day and Heavy Machinery in an eight-man tag team match. The Champions of NXT walked away with a hard-fought victory and later gave a backstage interview to Cathy Kelley where they were asked about their presence of mind heading into TakeOver: WarGames and Survivor Series.
Adam Cole & Co. are ready
The Undisputed Era won the 4-on-4 tag-team match against The New Day and Heavy Machinery when NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong pinned Tucker Knight after hitting him with a running knee. The faction was asked whether they were feeling pressured since they have a lot on their plates as they will participate in both WarGames and Survivor Series this weekend.
The leader of the Undisputed Era Adam Cole confidently replied that even though their plates are full, they are the most dominant faction in WWE and are ready to face the challenges.
Not only is our plate full but we're gonna go for seconds. Yo, we are The Undisputed Era. We are the most dominant faction not just in NXT, but in all of WWE and this weekend we finally get to prove that to the freaking world.
This Saturday at TakeOver: WarGames, The Undisputed Era will compete in a WarGames match against Tommaso Ciampa's team. The day after, North American Champion Roderick Strong will have a Triple Threat match against United States Champion AJ Styles and Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura while NXT Tag Team Champions Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly will compete in a Triple Threat match against SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day and RAW Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders.
NXT Champion Adam Cole will defend his title against the winner of a #1 contender's match at TakeOver: WarGames.
