TNA News: Matt Hardy possibly suffers a serious injury in a match against Jeff Hardy
This week’s TNA tapings in Orlando wasn’t all that good for Impact Wrestling executives as some bad news came their way. The Hardy boys faced off against each other in an I Quit match that didn’t see the desired result and ended in a no contest.

Jeff Hardy hit a massive Swanton Bomb from the steps on Matt Hardy and sent him crashing through a table. The referee stopped the match after the spot and paramedics rushed out to attend on the former TNA World Champion.
A neck brace was put on Matt before he was stretchered out of the arena. While it’s still not sure whether the stretcher spot was a work or not, Matt looked to be in visible discomfort, though it can all be part of the storyline.
The ‘I Quit match’ along with all the rest of the night were taped out of order, but it seems the match would air sometime around April. As of this writing, there were no updates on the status of Matt and we’ll keep you updated on the same.
On a side note, Jeff seemed to be fine and got up without any help to make his way backstage after the match.
