Top 10 WWE Instagram posts of the week (25 November 2018)
Another incredible week ends in the WWE, with the flagship show of the company squashing the SmackDown show 6-0 at WWE Survivor Series last Sunday.
Monday Night RAW had one of the most brutal segments as Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre, and Bobby Lashley attacked Braun Strowman, taking him out of action for at least a few weeks. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose also added another chapter in their rivalry.
The team of The Miz and SD Live Commissioner, Shane McMahon, debuted on Tuesday night albeit in a losing cause, and Daniel Bryan cancelled the Yes! Movement.
Apart from the in-ring action, a lot transpired outside the ring on the social networking site, Instagram. Here are the top 10 Instagram posts of the WWE Superstars.
#10 Becky Lynch shares her road to recovery
The reigning SmackDown Live Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch, was in the dream run of her WWE career before an untimely injury led her to stay out of the ring for a few weeks.
During the RAW invasion last week, RAW’s Nia Jax punched Becky Lynch so hard that Lynch was bleeding badly during that segment, and also suffered a concussion after the show. This led to the WWE medical team not clearing Becky Lynch for her “Champion vs Champion” match against the RAW Women’s Champion, Ronda Rousey, at WWE Survivor Series.
Though Charlotte Flair replaced her in that match, the fans were robbed off a dream match between two of the best female superstars of the modern era.
Becky is recovering from her injury, and shared an update via her Instagram account, by uploading a photo where she is undergoing treatment. Nicknamed “The Man”, she posted the photo with a bold caption which issued a warning to the entire female locker room of the WWE.
