Top 7 Women's Superstars to play the role of Sister Abigail
Windham Rotunda is someone who has not necessarily been dealt the best hand during his WWE career. With that being said, it's hard to complain when you are a former WWE Champion and one of the company's top Superstars. However, things haven't always been that way. In fact, things were pretty difficult in the beginning for the third-generation Superstar.
After suffering through the Husky Harris era, Rotunda went back the drawing board and essentially, reinvented himself completely. This was where Bray Wyatt was born.
As Bray Wyatt evolved and The Wyatt Family was built around him, things began to truly look up. However, just as quickly as things got off to a great start, things have now seemingly hit a brick wall.
Bray is now at a very pivotal point in his career. While he is still a well-respected Superstar, things have sort of grown stale for "The Eater of Worlds" and at this point, his career is in desperate need of some kind of jolt, so to speak. That jolt could very well be by revealing the identity of Sister Abigail.
#7 Shayna Baszler
Never before have wrestling fans seen someone quite like Shayna Baszler. She comes into the company with the look, the athletic ability, and the drive to be a top-tier star. However, she lacks one fundamental quality... experience.
Ladies and gentlemen of the WWE Universe, say hello to Shayna Baszler. She holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and she can probably pound your head off of your shoulders. Needless to say, she is a legit bad-ass. Shayna comes to NXT via the Mae Young Classic and although her wrestling experience is minimal, she does seem to have learned a lot during her short time in the ring.
Shayna is probably best known by WWE fans as one of the members of the infamous Four Horsewomen, along with Ronda Rousey.
Shayna is in an interesting spot as a newly signed NXT star. Not only does she lack much in-ring experience, but she's also 37 years of age. These two factors may be a contributing factor as far as consideration for playing the role of Sister Abigail, as WWE officials may very well use these factors and move her up for the role.
Considering the role will not likely require much in-ring work, other than simple storyline acting and selling, it seems perfectly suited for her.
