As you’re watching WWE, ROH, or NJPW you may get a thought into your head as you see the stars performing their moves and think “Hey I want to do that, but I don’t know where to start.”

Unlike getting a few tables, mattress tops, and going crazy in your backyard, being a professional wrestler requires proper training to help performers avoid career, and in some cases, life-threatening injuries. However, your dreams of becoming a professional wrestler is a simple as having extra time, cash, and an open mind.

Since it doesn’t look like there will be a new season of Tough Enough anytime soon, you would have to go the old fashion way, attend wrestling school. But if you don’t want to attend just any school and know you’re getting the proper training, here is a list of some schools that are run by your favorite wrestlers from the WWE.

The school is owned and run by the 2019 Royal Rumble winner Seth Rollins, along with his training buddies Marek Brave and Matt Mayday, who both performed in the independent wrestling scene. Combined, that's over 30 years of experience they're bringing to their classes.

The school, which recently opened their current location in 2018, provides training to all levels of experience and to both men and women. In addition to signing up for the classes, you will have unlimited access to their cross fit facility to get in shape while learning the ins and outs of being a wrestler.

Those who sign up can complete their training in as little as three months. Classes run three days a week with four-hour sessions. the school has released their 2019 schedule under the sign-up feature.

Even with a busy schedule, Rollins manages to come back to his facility to help the newcomers.
