Top star to be injured again, former champion attacks? 4 Things that could happen when Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed go face-to-face on WWE RAW
WWE Monday Night RAW will air tonight on the USA Network, and the hype is high heading into the show. This is thanks to both the positive momentum the Sports Entertainment juggernaut has had as a whole, plus the Road to Crown Jewel is heating up.
Three matches have been confirmed for the show. The New Day and The Authors of Pain will go at it, as will The Creed Brothers and the Latino World Order (Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee) in the World Tag Team Title Number One Contenders Tournament matches. Additionally, Jey Uso will defend his prized Intercontinental Title against Bron Breakker.
Additionally, a major segment is scheduled for the red brand. Bronson Reed and Seth Rollins are set to meet face-to-face. The two men have had a lot of issues with each other in recent months, so this will be quite interesting.
A lot could happen when Reed and Rollins meet up on RAW. Things could get physical, but alternatively, a major match could be made official. This article will look at a handful of things that might go down between the two later tonight.
Below are four things that could happen when Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed go face-to-face on WWE RAW:
#4. Bronson Reed might injure Seth Rollins again
The reason why Bronson Reed and Seth Rollins have issues, to begin with, dates back to August 2024. The Visionary was in a segment on the RAW after SummerSlam with CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. He was trying to focus on The Voice of The Voiceless.
Instead, CM Punk was focused on Drew and left the ring. Then, out of nowhere, Bronson Reed attacked Rollins. He hit The Visionary with six Tsunamis that forced Seth to miss weeks of WWE television.
Now that the two are going face-to-face on RAW, history may repeat itself. The Aussie beast might once again lay Seth out, hitting repeated Tsunamis once again. This time, Reed might put Rollins on the shelf for even longer, if not for good.
#3. Seth Rollins could attack Bronson Reed on WWE RAW and get the upper hand
Seth Rollins being beaten down was unfortunate, but he didn't let Bronson Reed get away with it unscathed. Instead, the former WWE Champion made his return on RAW several weeks ago and got some revenge on the big man.
Bronson went one-on-one with Braun Strowman in a Last Monster Standing Match. In the final seconds of the bout, Seth ran out, making his WWE return. He proceeded to hit The Stomp on The King of Monsters against steel steps.
While that had to be vindicating for Seth, it likely wasn't enough. When the two meet up on RAW, Seth may have plans to lay the Australian out. Be it straight up in a fight, using a weapon, or jumping Reed, don't be surprised to see the former Universal Champion stand tall.
#2. Adam Pearce could announce an official match to stop them from fighting
The two going to war feels inevitable, but it doesn't necessarily have to be. This could be where WWE RAW General Manager Adam Pearce comes in. The authority figure could either be in the ring for the meeting or interrupt with a major announcement.
Pearce could announce that Bronson Reed and Seth Rollins would go one-on-one at the upcoming WWE Crown Jewel Premium Live Event. Both men have made it clear that they want a match, and Pearce could make it official later tonight.
By doing so, he could add the caveat that the match would only happen if the two refrain from getting violent on RAW. This could be how the 46-year-old prevents the two from fighting all over the arena, just as Reed and Strowman had done for weeks this year.
#1. R-Truth could shockingly jump Bronson
Seth Rollins was not the only victim of "Big" Bronson Reed. While he was the first to suffer the wrath of Reed's fury, Braun Strowman and another performer were also victims. That other performer was R-Truth.
While R-Truth is a comedic figure who fans love to laugh with, and sometimes at, his talent shouldn't be discounted. He is a former United States Champion and even held the NWA World Heavyweight Championship while away from WWE.
If Truth wants revenge on Reed, he could surprisingly interrupt the segment and attack the big man. This could also be a warning to The Miz and even The Final Testament that while Truth is comedic at times, he can be serious when the moment calls for it. Perhaps the former 24/7 Champion could hit the big man with a steel chair to make his statement loud and clear?
