Triple H to add a twist to Jey Uso and Sami Zayn's friendship? Exploring the possibility

Jey Uso and Sami Zayn have been the best of friends since the Main Event moved to RAW last year. Rekindling their bond from their days in The Bloodline, the two have reunited once again, with championship gold on their mind. However, it seems those plans have been unceremoniously dropped, as Triple H could explore adding a twist to their existing friendship.

The twist in this scenario would see Sami Zayn betray and turn on Jey Uso. For context, on this week's episode of RAW, Jey announced his intention to go after the Intercontinental Championship. Now, he claims to have received the blessing of the Underdog from the Underground, but Triple H might use this to his advantage and script an unexpected heel turn.

Picture this if you will, Jey Uso, weeks after claiming both he and Zayn would go after the World Tag Titles, has now changed his focus to the IC Title. Granted, he hasn't ever held a singles title, but his decision to go after Bron Breakker could rub Zayn the wrong way. After all, this is a title that Sami cherished deeply. So, to see his supposed 'best friend', abandon him for the title could spark something within him.

This could affect long-term storytelling as well. Seeing Sami turn on him could help Jey realize that everyone, including his closest friends, can be flawed. Thus, prompting him to forgive his family and return to the original Bloodline for the civil war. But, this is just speculation, and there is no telling what the future holds.

There is a chance that both Jey Uso and Sami Zayn will be a part of the Bloodline civil war

While Jey Uso's participation in the Bloodline civil war is a must, there is a chance that Sami Zayn could also be included. For those who don't remember, Zayn was at one point a part of the infamous group. Serving as The Honorary Uce, the 40-year-old served as the comic relief in the faction for quite a while.

Considering that Roman Reigns has a tall task ahead of him, he will need all the help he can get. Not only does he have to worry about Solo Sikoa, but the Tongans and Jacob Fatu will also prove troublesome. With that in mind, he could enlist the services of both Jey and Sami, who could join him after Jimmy Uso returns and pledges his allegiance to The Original Tribal Chief.

All the pieces are in place for WWE to pull the trigger. That said, only time will tell what's in store for the fans. Whatever it is, it's bound to be exciting.
