Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at the Super Bowl, Ric Flair names greatest rival, more
As noted earlier, the Memphis Grizzlies hosted a "wrestling night" last weekend for their game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The game featured appearances by WWE Hall of Famers Ric Flair and Jerry "The King" Lawler, while title belt replicas were also given to the first 3,000 fans. Lawler wrestled a local wrestler named Maverick at the game on a balcony.
NBA.com has Flair's appearance on the Grizzlies pre-game. During the show, Flair named Dusty Rhodes his greatest opponent, and said that his feud with Ricky Steamboat was probably his greatest rivalry.
As noted earlier, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon attended a post-Super Bowl party after the big game this past Sunday. The party was hosted by Bob Kraft and his Patriots organization in Phoenix. The power couple were spotted mingling late into the night with one source saying, "it was more of a business thing than social? they were totally networking most of the night."
Here is a photo from the party that we posted yesterday with Triple H doing the DX chop with UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and his brother Chandler of the New England Patriots:
