This week of WWE SmackDown Live was broadcast from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show kicked off with Daniel Bryan walking out to the ring to talk about last week's action.

Daniel Bryan mocked the crowd by comparing them to parasites as the crowd chanted "Daniel sucks". He then said the old Daniel Bryan and the 'Yes Movement' are dead, and the 'New Daniel Bryan' is the WWE Champion.

Daniel Bryan was interrupted by 205 Live's Mustafa Ali. Bryan praised Ali for what he had achieved in 205 Live. He then slapped Ali, and called him arrogant. Mustafa Ali fought back before hitting a moonsault on Bryan outside the ring.

Daniel Bryan faced Mustafa Ali in the opening match of this week's SmackDown Live, and after some incredible action, Daniel Bryan defeated Mustafa Ali, as Ali tapped out to Bryan's Yes Lock. After the match, Daniel Bryan continued attacking Mustafa Ali, and again used the Yes Lock on Ali.

Next on SmackDown Live, The New Day hosted the 2nd ever rap battle between The Usos and The Bar. The Usos won the rap battle, but The Bar attacked both teams after the rap battle.

The Miz came out next with the World Cup trophy, and called out Shane McMahon. Shane McMahon came out and Miz convinced him to become his tag team partner against the two enhancement talents.

Shane McMahon agreed, and the match got started. As the match started, Shane McMahon was attacked from behind. He fought them off, and without even tagging The Miz, locked a triangle choke and won by submission.

Randy Orton came out next and talked about steel chairs, and seemed surprised that Mysterio was even willing to step in the ring after what happened. Rey Mysterio came out and attacked Orton with a steel chair. He then hit a 619 on Orton before The Viper escaped.

Next on SmackDown Live, Rusev and Jeff Hardy faced the team of Shinsuke Nakamura and Samoa Joe, defeating them after some intense back and forth action.

In the main event of this week's SmackDown Live, Asuka went one-on-one against Charlotte Flair. Becky Lynch was on the commentary table for this match. Asuka won the match via disqualification as Charlotte Flair attacked her with a kendo stick.

Charlotte Flair then attacked Becky Lynch, but Becky countered the attack by snatching the weapon away and smashing Charlotte with it. Becky then attacked Asuka, but The Empress fought back and used the kendo stick to take down both opponents before the show ends.
