This year's Survivor Series (full results) was destined to be a monumental event as it featured the brand warfare between NXT, RAW and SmackDown for the first time in history. After three incredible matches on the kickoff show, the pay-per-view started with the women's traditional tag team elimination match between the three brands.

Team RAW failed to coexist and the other two teams used it to their full advantage. In the end, Rhea Ripley earned the win for Team NXT by defeating SmackDown's Legit Boss.

Roderick Strong also added to the points of NXT when he pinned the WWE Intercontinental Champion, Shinsuke Nakamura in a match that also involved the United States Champion AJ Styles. SmackDown got their second point when Roman Reigns guided their team to win in the 5-on-5-on-5 men's tag team elimination match. Another breathtaking match of the night saw Adam Cole successfully retain the NXT Championship against Pete Dunne. In a similar fashion, The Fiend defeated Daniel Bryan to continue his reign as the WWE Universal Champion.

Brock Lesnar also put his WWE Championship on the line at Survivor Series against Rey Mysterio. Their No Holds Barred match showcased the return of Rey's son, Dominik Mysterio, who joined his father in beating up The Beast Incarnate. However, a double 619 and frog splash wasn't enough and Brock Lesnar went to retain the WWE Championship.

For the first time, the main event of Survivor Series had a women's match as Shayna Baszler, Becky Lynch and Bayley engaged in a triple threat battle with one another. The Queen of Spades eventually forced the SmackDown Women's Champion to submit to the Kirifuda Clutch, thereby helping NXT to win the brand war. The pay-per-view concluded with the RAW Women's Champion standing tall over Shayna Baszler, proving once again why she is called The Man in WWE.

In this article, we have compiled some of the best reactions to the pay-per-view.
