UK fans invade SmackDown ring and do Rock Bottom

UK fans lay the SmackDown

A Rock Bottom was performed at yesterday’s WWE SmackDown tapings at the O2 Arena, in London, England, but it wasn’t by The Rock. A group of fans hopped the guard rail and invaded the ring during the main event, and decided to play wrestler. Before security could grab them all, two managed to pull off a fairly convincing version of The Rock’s finisher.

Eventually, they were all dragged out, with the wrestlers looking on from the apron. So far, it’s not clear whether any charges have been, but it’s very likely. Although historically wrestlers usually fight back, for legal reasons they simply remained on the ring apron while security handled the situation.

It might be hard for WWE to edit this out before the broadcast as it was right in the middle of the match.
