Major Update on CM Punk's training, UFC debut in late 2015?
Former WWE Superstar CM Punk is expected to make his debut in the Octagon ring later in 2015. It is speculated that Punk would debut in the next big UFC event in July 2015, but it’s now more likely that he will debut later in the year around October. That will be almost a year since he made his announcement about joining UFC. This long time will take him to train harder and better for his first match in the ring.
It is also reported by MMA Source, ‘Front Row’ Brian that Punk will be training with Roufusport for his UFC career. He tweeted that Punk has a lot to learn and will start his training at Roufusport facility from January 5th. He also mentioned about Coach Ben Askren, who earlier said that UFC made an ‘amateur move’ by signing Punk, will be perfect fit for his training. Here are the tweets from Brian:
