Update on WWE NXT Stars possibly receiving Bonus, Batista's movie, possible Hall of Fame inductees
Last Thursday, WWE held a meeting at the Performance Center in Orlando regarding the issue of paying the NXT Stars. Several NXT talents took part in this meeting. In the meeting, Canyon Cemen and several NXT coaches made it clear to the NXT Stars that their pay will only depend on their developmental deals but not on the event that they take part in.
The coaches also added that the talents will not receive bonuses just by taking part in events such as “Takeover: Brooklyn” and the December UK tour. It was also reported that the company took this decision based on the long-term future. As of now, NXT is running in losses and that is the reason why the company cannot provide bonuses based on live event gates. The talents should also bear in mind that to give salaries for coaches and to operate the Performance Center, proper financial planning is essential.
Dave Batista is a known movie star who has accomplished what most wrestlers have failed to do. Earlier, it was reported that Batista will feature in the “Maurauders” movie with Bruce Willis. The action-thriller is directed by Steven C. Miller and it will be released through Lionsgate Premiere. The filming begins later this month in Ohio. It was recently reported that Dave will also be starring in the “Bushwick” movie. Have a look at the plot for the same-
