[Video]: What happened after WWE Raw, 11th April, 2016 went off air?

Foes turned allies turned foes again and foes turned friends

Today’s episode of RAW checked most boxes – Shane held the reigns, an explosive debut that’s been months in the making materialised and a bizarre alliance triumphed between two Superstars who couldn’t be more polarizing.

Let’s talk about that last bit. These two are utter paradoxes, but unlike in the artistic marriage of two of such a species, noone was enraptured when they came out on top.

Reigns is the man who everyone’s supposed to love but hates and Bray Wyatt’s the man who’s supposed to make peoples’ skin crawl but he’s wholly embraced. That was punctuated on tonight’s RAW when everytime Bray was up, the crowd loved it but the entire Staples Center was drowned in boos when Reigns broke out his moves.

Reigns and Wyatt (still sounds weird) certainly had each others’ backs and after the match, the Eater of Worlds had Reigns’ attention. But what happened after was a completely different story.

When the cameras went off, things were switched around and Reigns teamed with his brother Dean Ambrose and the challenger to his crown, AJ Styles, to take on, that’s right, the Wyatts!

The brief dark match ended when Dean Ambrose put the finishing touches on Erick Rowan. Here’s a video by an audience member (Roman Reigns, according to Youtube) of the whole contest. Notice how the boos when Reigns enters aren’t as overpowering as you’ve been led to believe:
