Vince McMahon's big plans for Hulk Hogan vs John Cena at Wrestlemania 32

Vince McMahon considering Hogan for a big feud at Wrestlemania 32

As much as people try to knock him when he says it out loud, Hulk Hogan is still pretty adamant that when WrestleMania 32 rolls around next year in the AT&T Stadium, Dallas, he’ll be competing in a match against someone.

WWE has big plans lined up for Wrestlemania 32, where they are hoping to shatter attendance records and this seems to be one of them. Vince McMahon seems to be open to the idea as long as the Hulkster can pass a physical, which is the obvious point of contention as it pertains to Hogan ever getting back into a ring again.

Furthermore, due to Hogan’s injuries, he’s very limited in what he can do, and there’s probably no way that he can do his signature big boot and big leg drop. And after multiple back surgeries, plus numerous other injuries that he has accrued throughout the years, the chances of a doctor clearing him are pretty slim.

Despite that, Hogan taking on John Cena in a one-on-one encounter is considered a possibility. Vince has begun drawing up potential matches for the event and is considering this dream match once and for all.

Hogan’s WWE contract isn’t dependent on a wrestling match and from the looks of it, it seems neither McMahon or Triple H are keen to give him one. However, Hogan continues lobbying to wrestle for the WWE and John Cena isn’t also opposed to the same.

Last month at the Body Power Expo in Birmingham, England  he said he has been training for a match at Wrestlemania 32 with McMahon challenging him to get into shape. He claimed to be at his lightest weight since he was a teenager at 295 pounds—likely untrue since he was believed to have been in the 270-pound range in the early 1990s.

Now watch Hogan expressing his desire to wrestle at Wrestlemania 32:
