Vince McMahon reacts to his WWE return

Vince McMahon recently returned to the ring as Mr McMahon

WWE chief executive Vince McMahon is rumoured to be delighted about his recent return as Mr McMahon on RAW, which happened on December 14 last year, during which he confronted Roman Reigns about his attack on Triple H at TLC.

There were plenty of rumours surrounding Vince McMahon’s decision to return to the ring as Mr McMahon in order to address the decline in ratings, but those rumours remained rumours until the decision was finally Greenlit on the Sunday that preceded his appearance.

However, despite reports of McMahon being pleased with his return, there has been no official word about how well received it was, but that did not stop one source from noting that his appearance was a tad bland compared to his previous, entertaining appearances as Mr McMahon.

The 70-year-old followed up his December 14th appearance by returning two weeks later on an episode of RAW, and is now scheduled to appear on the upcoming January 4th episode.

Of course, there’s no comparing Vince’s recent appearances to his previous ones in the late ‘90s and early 2000’s, with the WWE CEO enjoying a long-standing and memorable feud with ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, shortly after he debuted the Mr McMahon character.
