Vince Russo explains strange departure from his website, says he is locked out of Twitter
As noted earlier, Vince Russo announced that he is no longer a part of Pyro & Ballyhoo, the website that he started last May. Russo released the 26 minute video below regarding his departure.
Russo started off by spoofing stories about his departure while taking with "Fast Eddie" on the phone, referencing his former writing partner, Ed Ferrara. At the 6:53 mark Russo starts to discuss what happened.
Apparently Russo had someone create the site and his Twitter account for him and he was told last Wednesday that there were issues with the site. On Friday evening Russo was going to post a story about the Hulk Hogan appreciation night at Madison Square Garden and realized he was locked out of the site. He had an idea it was coming, so he changed his Twitter password, only for it to be reset by someone else. He said that he has been locked out of his Twitter account since Saturday morning. His lawyer is working on it, and he expects to regain control of his Twitter account next week.
Russo added that subscribers to his website were automatically charged for their monthly subscriptions via PayPal, and that he hopes their money will be returned. He re-iterated that he is no longer part of the site and that he will not be providing any content for that site.
