WATCH: 5 WWE Superstars who hit rock bottom

Some WWE wrestlers often see a downfall after reaching the top of their careers. The Velveteen Dream was seen as the next big superstar in the company. He even won the NXT North American Championship and challenged for the NXT Championship on several occasions. But his career went through a downward spiral in 2020 when allegations surfaced on social media accusing him of sending explicit messages to underage individuals.

Dream was removed from television, and in 2021, WWE opted to part ways with him. He also became embroiled in a legal saga when, in 2022, he faced two separate arrests. He returned to wrestling after three years earlier this year on the independent circuit.

Similarly, Sunny's also got involved in legal issues and a series of unsettling incidents. She claimed the life of a 75-year-old man in a car accident in 2022. Investigations revealed that Sunny was intoxicated at the time of the incident, and later she was sentenced to over seventeen years in prison.
