For a lot of hardcore wrestling fans, one show is as eagerly awaited as WrestleMania, in 2018 - ALL IN.

The event which is being financed by the Young Bucks and Cody has been generating an unprecedented amount of buzz among both the hardcore and the casual fans. It is being dubbed as the biggest Indy show of the year.

Names like Kenny Omega, Stephen Amell, Tessa Blanchard, Penta el zero have already been confirmed for the event and more talent announcement is expected as we get closer to September 1st, the date of the big show.

What started out as a bet with legendary wrestling journalist, Dave Meltzer, has turned into something which could change Indy wrestling forever. The Young Bucks are considered marketing geniuses and they have left no stone unturned to ensure that this event grabs maximum eyeballs. They, along with Cody and the rest of Bullet Club, have promoted the event aggressively on social media.

Below is a clip of their interview for Rolling Stones regarding the event:

No company outside of WWE has been able to sell out or even attempt to run a show in a 10,000 seater arena in North America ever since WCW ran out of business. Therefore, it is ludicrous to even think that the Bucks and Cody are even attempting to do something which has not been done in the past decade and a half. Even Impact Wrestling, with its pool of ex-WWE stars, in the late 2000's, didn't even come close to breaking the 10,000 mark.

With the growing demand for Non-WWE wrestling and the rise of Indy promotions like ROH and NJPW, this event was something that was bound to happen given the exponential rise of Independent Wrestling. The Bucks and Cody have literally put their money where their mouth is in their quest to prove that they are the hottest commodities in the world of professional wrestling today.

A full house is excepted in Chicago on September 1st, and although the success of this event will not break the monopoly that WWE and Vince McMahon have over the North American market, it will bolster the chances of major Indy promotions moving to bigger arenas and directly taking on the biggest fish in the pond, i.e, WWE. In terms of ticket sales and going by the recent trend, I believe that that day is not too far away.

With New Japan Pro Wrestling announcing that they will be returning to the States in July for G1 Special at Cow Palace in San Francisco, California which can hold up to 13,000, it seems that such large arena shows by Indy promotions will be a regular feature in the near future.

I am extremely excited about this show as I believe that this show will put the focus on Indy wrestling in the biggest way possible. I cannot wait for September 1st. Until then, I'm ALL IN, are you?
