Will The Rock ever work for Vince McMahon's new rumored entertainment company? Chances explored
The Rock is one of the few individuals who has managed to balance pro wrestling with acting quite successfully. With that in mind, and considering his prolific acting resume, The Final Boss will certainly be keeping an eye on his former boss, Vince McMahon. After all, it was recently reported that the 79-year-old is planning to start a new entertainment company.
Putting two and two together, the big question arises: Will The Rock ever work for the rumored Vince McMahon's new company? Well, the answer to that question is quite possibly "No." While The Great One is his own man and has great respect for Vince, many factors need to be considered before even broaching such a topic.
For starters, The Rock is now on TKO Group Holdings' board of directors—the same company that washed its hands of Vince McMahon as soon as allegations were levied against him earlier this year. Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, The Brahma Bull is very protective of his brand, so associating himself with Mr. McMahon, especially given his current predicament, would not be ideal.
That being said, this is nothing more than speculation. Given the right part, script, and schedule, The Final Boss could star in a film or TV series for McMahon. At the end of the day, you can never say never in this business.
The WWE Universe is expecting to see The Rock at Survivor Series: WarGames
Aside from his acting career and prospects, The Rock is currently heavily involved with WWE. This isn't all that surprising, especially given his role with TKO, but his appearances have been sporadic. He was last seen in Atlanta, Georgia, at WWE Bad Blood, where he came out following the main event, looking extremely disappointed in Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes.
Many are now wondering when we will see The Final Boss in action next. If the WWE Universe and the fantasy bookers have their way, we could see him at Survivor Series WarGames. It has been heavily implied that he is working with the new Tribal Chief Solo Sikoa, which could lead to him siding with The Street Champion in Vancouver, Canada, for a Bloodline versus Bloodline match.
Hopes are high for The Brahma Bull's return at Survivor Series: WarGames, but there is no telling what the future holds. We will just have to wait and keep an eye out for any hints or spoilers regarding the same in the coming weeks.
