Many thought that once Triple H suffered a torn pectoral muscle at the Crown Jewel event, his rumored match against Batista at WrestleMania 35 was off.

But due to his herculean healing rate, The Game was medically cleared well before the Show of the Shows.

The seeds that were planted at SmackDown 1,000 when Batista said 'Triple H has done everything in the business - except beat him' would now be able to be harvested as The Animal would challenge Triple H to a match at 'Mania.

It took a few weeks, but once the back-and-forth between the two men ended, Triple H accepted Batista's challenge but made the match 'No Holds Barred'.

He felt it wouldn't allow Batista to quit WWE as he had done before on a few different occasions.

The Animal agreed to that stipulation but then wanted one of his own. If Triple H loses the match at WrestleMania 35, he must retire from in-ring competition.

So now that the match has higher stakes than ever thought before, which man will prevail? The wrestler turned Hollywood actor who has always only wanted one more match or the man who has created the future of the business in NXT while also gaining more and more power backstage on the main roster?

Whatever happens, the match may be brutal, but here are five possible finishes for the 'No Holds Barred/Triple H retires from wrestling if he loses' match between The Animal and The Game at WrestleMania 35.

#5 Triple H wins clean

The most straight-forward ending is Triple H winning after pinning Batista.

Logic dictates that this is Triple H's match to win or lose. He loses everything if he cannot defeat The Animal whereas Batista will likely walk away regardless if he wins or loses.

Unless he's in worse health than he's letting on, I don't see Triple H losing this match. He's extremely hands-on in both NXT and backstage in the WWE. He's still in good shape and can work a good match depending on if the opponent is not older than he is.

The 'No Holds Barred' stipulation is very important because it means they can do anything and everything to each other in order to triumph.

Whether it is the use of weapons, chairs, tables or a certain type of hammer, the easiest path to a satisfying conclusion is Triple H 'beating' Batista enough so that he can pedigree him and pick up the 1, 2, 3.
