Being one of the biggest entertainment companies requires a lot to be done to ensure that the crowds stay interested in your product. The crowd’s reaction is all that matters in the world of sports entertainment, and the men and women involved go to the extremes to ensure that they entertain the crowd night after night.

Just like any other year, this year too was full of surprises and moments that kept us captivated and made us hate and love the WWE equally.

The WWE has its share of the biggest controversial, exciting and depressing moments. Even though it's scripted, a lot of things that go on in the lives of superstars leave an impact on the fans and hence the WWE fans have their share of the most important moments that they associate with the world of sports entertainment. Here's a look at the 5 most memorable moments of 2018 for the WWE fans

#5 Hulk Hogan's returns

One of the biggest highlights of 2018 was the return of Hall of Fame Superstar, Hulk Hogan. His image in the WWE was ruined and he was forced to leave the company back in 2015 due to his extremely unpopular controversial remarks and a leaked tape that came out in the open at that time.

Even though he won the lawsuit, a lot of distaste still remained about the things he had said and it was dubious if the fans would be willing to welcome him back into the ring or not.

After issuing multiple apologies and spending three years later to rebuild his image Hogan was finally reinstated and made a rapturous return at the controversial Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.

The fans showered him with a standing ovation showing their love for him and his return. The former six-time Heavyweight Champion could make some impact on the company in the coming months.
