WWE 24: 3 things we learned from Trish Stratus' final matchÂ
Trish Stratus was the latest Superstar to feature on an episode of WWE 24 that was dedicated to her life and career after making her return to WWE earlier this year in a singles match against Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam.
Stratus was unsuccessful in her return and it appears that the main point of the match was to pass the torch over to the current 10-time Champion Charlotte Flair, who has continued to push the Women's Division forward in Stratus' absence.
The former seven-time Women's Champion retired from WWE back in 2006 and has since married her long-time partner and had two children, but that hasn't stopped her from dipping her toes back into the WWE pool over the years with guest appearances and returns at the PPVs that include Royal Rumble, Evolution, and this year's SummerSlam.
This episode of WWE 24 allowed Stratus to talk about her career in her own words as well as her final match, so there were a number of things that the WWE Universe learned throughout.
#3. Trish Stratus struggled to have a child after leaving WWE
One of the main catalysts for Trish Stratus to retire from the ring at 30 years old was because she wanted to marry her partner Ron and settle down. But after the couple married mere weeks after she left WWE at Unforgiven, the former Women's Champion revealed that the couple had some issues conceiving a child.
Trish's body had gotten used to her being on the road 300 days a year and given her fitness background she had stepped straight into a yoga lifestyle when she retired which had gotten her body into a different mindset.
This meant that Trish had to alter a lot of the things that she was doing in order to finally get pregnant since she herself revealed that she had a number of negative tests before she was able to announce she was expecting back in 2013. Stratus is now a mother of two children called Max and Madison.
