WWE: 5 things that can make Money in the Bank PPV memorable

In a couple of days, the Philadelphia crowd will be treated to yet another spectacle, as we gear up for the Money in the Bank PPV. One of the biggest reasons why this PPV has that “Big event feel” is because of the return of a certain individual who will undoubtedly get the loudest reception from the Philly crowd.

He is no stranger to the fans or the WWE Universe, as he is a former WWE champion. This Sunday, we will witness the return of Rob Van Dam to WWE!

Other than that, the two ladder matches involve some high profile names, as well as a heap of young talent who can certainly benefit from the Money in the Bank briefcase. As Daniel Bryan and CM Punk look to be the favorites to win the RAW Money in the Bank ladder match, the Money in the Bank ladder match for the World Heavyweight championship looks to be a very open bout, as anyone can retrieve the briefcase and cash it in for a chance to make a date with destiny.

In this article, I take a look at five possibilities which can make the Money in the Bank PPV memorable.

5. Orton heel turn and feud with RVD

Randy Orton

For months now, people have been clamouring for an Orton heel turn, but that hasn’t happened yet. With Orton stuck in the middle of nowhere, WWE doesn’t have a long term plan for Orton.

Being a multi time world champion, Orton deserves better than this from the creative department, and in recent weeks, Orton has shown signs of turning heel. With RVD making his return at the Money in the Bank PPV, what better way to solidify the heel turn than for Orton to attack RVD post match? That would give Orton and RVD something concrete going into Summerslam.

Orton and RVD already have a history, and WWE can play on that if they want to.
