KO talks beef with the Beast, Owens vs Lesnar feud a possibility?
New Orleans transformed to Suplex city as Brock Lesnar returned in rampaging fashion to lay out half of the roster on RAW.
One of the guilty victims who were tossed around by the Beast – Kevin Owens – was present on Good Morning Acadiana to promote a live event in Lafayette, Louisiana and spoke about what went down in the closing stages of RAW.
The Prize Fighter claimed that he ain’t the one who backs down and is up to fight anyone; Brock Lesnar included. He said that it wasn’t Lesnar’s business digging his nose where it just doesn’t belong.
KO also spoke about his match against Roman Reigns that preceded these events and stated that he is determined to win back the Intercontinental Championship from Dean Ambrose. His recent interactions with Neville, who won the Slammy Breakout Superstar of the Year over the favourite to win it – Kevin Owens.
The main takeaway was what he had to say about getting super flexed by the Beast on RAW.
Kevin Owens would get his shot at the Intercontinental title at Royal Rumble, but for him to win, he would have to go through a hell of a match as WWE announced a Last Man Standing match between Dean Ambrose and Kevin Owens for the pay-per-view on January 24th.
This means we would not be seeing the Kevin Owens-Brock Lesnar showdown in the Rumble match, but you never know what the WWE may pull off in the midst of an injury crisis. A beef seems to be brewing between the two and, even though it is a longshot, there are possibilities of it happening somewhere down the line.
