WWE Bash in Berlin 2024: Full match card predictions

Following the conclusion of a highly entertaining and commercially successful SummerSlam, the focus now shifts towards WWE's next premium live event, Bash in Berlin 2024. The event will air live from Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany, on August 31.

With this being an international event, fans should expect the company to book a stacked match card. Given how things unfolded at SummerSlam, several mouthwatering encounters look already set for the Germany event.

Without further ado, let's take a look at the full match card predictions for WWE Bash in Berlin.

Rhea Ripley failed to reclaim the Women's World Title as she suffered a defeat against Liv Morgan at SummerSlam. However, following the bout, The Eradicator's now-former Papi, Dominik Mysterio, turned on her to join forces with Morgan.

Given how things unfolded, it seems we are headed towards a potential mixed tag team match at Bash in Berlin. With 'Dirty' Dom betraying Mami, she could join forces with another Judgment Day member, Damian Priest, who was betrayed by Finn Balor at SummerSlam.

This potential angle could then lead to a mixed tag team match between the aforementioned parties on August 31.

Prediction: Finn Balor could interfere to cost Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest a potential win.

#4 Gunther (c) vs. Ludwig Kaiser for the WWE World Heavyweight Title at WWE Bash in Berlin

Gunther defeated Damain Priest, courtesy of Finn Balor, to become the new World Heavyweight Champion at SummerSlam. Following his win, fans are curious to see what is next for The Ring General.

One direction could see Gunther being challenged by his Imperium stablemate Ludwig Kaiser. The German-born superstar has been on the sidelines due to an injury. However, he is expected to return in time for WWE Bash in Berlin.

The creative team was pushing Kaiser as a singles star before his injury, and the company could continue with the same once he returns. With the Imperium leader holding the World Heavyweight Title now, the former NXT Tag Team Champion could return to challenge his stablemate for a title showdown in his home country.

Prediction: Gunther isn't losing his title anytime soon. Fans can expect Kaiser to succumb to a defeat after a courageous and impressive showing.

#3 Bron Breakker (c) vs. Ilja Dragunov for the Intercontinental Championship

Bron Breakker challenged Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Title at SummerSlam. While the former Honorary Uce showed heart, the 6-foot-tall monster proved too much for him as Breakker decimated Zayn to become the new Intercontinental Champion.

Following his win, Breakker could be confronted by Ilja Dragunov on RAW. Given the newly crowned champion earned a title shot against Zayn after defeating The Mad Dragon, it makes sense for the latter to return to avenge his loss.

Dragunov could challenge Breakker for a title shot at WWE Bash in Berlin on the post-SummerSlam edition of the red show.

Prediction: Bron Breakker has been a force to reckon with, and there's no one stopping him at the moment. Viewers can expect another dominant win for the champion against The Mad Dragon.

#2 LA Knight (c) vs. Logan Paul for the United States Title at WWE Bash in Berlin

LA Knight usurped Logan Paul to become the new United States Champion at SummerSlam. However, their rivalry may not be over just yet.

Given how successful this rivalry has been from a commercial viewpoint, the creative team could look to milk it further by booking the duo in a rematch at WWE Bash in Berlin. The company could have The Maverick invoke his rematch clause to get a shot at The Megastar's gold at the Germany spectacle.

Prediction: LA Knight retains his title.

#1 Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes vs. Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga

Roman Reigns made his electrifying return at SummerSlam to decimate Solo Sikoa. While he seemingly didn't seem too pleased with the fact that his interference ensured a win for Cody Rhodes, The American Nightmare thanked The Original Tribal Chief for the same at the press conference following the event.

While Reigns' much-awaited clash against Sikoa looks like a done deal, the company may delay the inevitable bout until Bad Blood. The creative team could instead book The Head of the Table and Rhodes against The Bloodline in a tag match at WWE Bash in Berlin, given how things unfolded at SummerSlam.

With Jacob Fatu reportedly injured, Sikoa could join forces with Tama Tonga to fight Reigns and Rhodes in a potential match on August 31.

Prediction: Sikoa losing the potential tag match may undermine him big time. Hence, fans can expect the heels to resort to unfair means to defeat their rivals.

Tama Tonga could call upon his half-brother, Hikuleo, who is rumored to join Sikoa's Bloodline to help his team prevail over Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. This potential angle could then set up Reigns' clash against Sikoa beautifully.
