Charlotte talks being on the cover of Muscle & Fitness Hers, Authority showers props on the Diva
It was announced on RAW about Charlotte being the latest WWE star to make it to the cover of Muscle & Fitness.
The women’s edition of the magazine – Muscle & Fitness Hers, would see the Divas Champion on the cover and the Diva herself took to Instagram to reveal what it the cover means to her.
In the post, she traces back her journey from her days of playing different sports to being the Divas Champion and how proper fitness and diet acted as the foundation to it all. Here is the post she put out on Instagram:
On news stands now! What this cover means to me: July 2012 I started at FCW in Tampa, FL. I had no wrestling background but had played almost every sport possible. I had a personal trainer when I was younger and really enjoyed fitness but never had a goal. Not only was I starting a new career but also had a lot of personal/family problems happening and I turned to working out. I wanted to feel good about myself. Make a change and stick to a plan. I had always had healthy eating habits and enjoyed running my dogs but never pictured myself being able to be on the cover of a magazine. I started lifting, talking to the other girls I worked with who had been in the fitness world and I started to see changes after adjusting my diet and sticking to a routine. Being in shape/working-out/dieting whatever you want to label it has changed my life and gave me the confidence I needed in the ring! I would not be Divas Champion today if I hadn't found myself through trying to better who I am every day. Always believe in yourself and never change who you are. You are beautiful enough, strong enough and good enough to be whatever you want to be one day AND ITS NEVER TO LATE.... @skam483 @itsmslinda @wwebeckylynch @mattwichlinski @billiekaywwe @bulldempseywwe @natbynature @rfliehr1 @mojorawleywwe my coach Sarah.... & (All my @wwenxt girls)
