WWE: Chris Jericho opens up about his return, feud with Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton
WWE ringside commentator Michael Cole returned with his weekly sit-down interview but this time he had Chris Jericho on the end of his questions.
Y2J talked about his return to the WWE and addressed matters about his Battleground opponent Bray Wyatt. Here are the highlights of the segment.
- Jericho spoke about his rock band Fozzy and how they have grown over the past few years. He also talked about his podcast show and how great and interesting it was to host it. He mentioned that he got the opportunity to interview Pat Patterson just yesterday.
- Cole then asked him if he was ready to face Bray Wyatt at the Battleground PPV. Jericho said that he has seen the gradual growth of the Wyatt Family since their debut and it does not surprise him. He acknowledged Bray Wyatt’s unique character and that he is here to do some evil things. But that doesn’t intimidate him because he came back with a mission to the WWE and his mission his time is to show Bray how things are done in the WWE.
- Jericho was then asked about his match with Randy Orton on Smackdown. Y2J said he and Orton have know each other from a long time and they had their ups and downs over the years. Orton has been one of his favourite wrestlers to work within the ring and one of the best wrestlers of all time. It is always a hard-hitting match with Orton.
