The Elimination Chamber has concluded with Daniel Bryan retaining the title after a superb main event match. Kofi Kingston was once again the star of the show as he gave another brutal performance that put the crowd on its feet.

Chants of ‘Kofi!, Kofi!’ reverberated around the arena as the Ghanaian wowed the fans with his moves. Kofi’s performance comes a week after his insane outing at SmackDown Live, where a Gauntlet match might have changed his fate forever.

Kofi wasn’t even supposed to be in the contention for the WWE championship as Mustafa Ali was initially chosen to participate. However, an injury to him opened up a spot and Kofi grabbed it with everything he had.

So here are four reasons why he has proved that he is a main-eventer…

#4 Superb form

Last week at SmackDown Live, a gauntlet match took place and Kingston was at his brilliant best, performing for over an hour before losing out to AJ Styles. However, it wasn’t before he eliminated Daniel Bryan, Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe.

His performance made everyone cheer him for the WWE title but in the end, it wasn’t to be as he fell short against Bryan for the WWE title in the main event of the Elimination Chamber.

However, Kofi is going through a superb time right now. He has put in two amazing performances in a row and is in superb form. He might not have won the Elimination Chamber but was the best performer and was the last person to be eliminated.

With such momentum behind him, it is only logical to claim that he is of the main event bracket.
