WWE fan involved in NOC incident sent to jail, Jericho warns fans about such incidents
- WWE has finally reached its boiling point over the recent the recent incidents of fans jumping over barricades and had plans to crack down on the recent incursions.
The most recent one was when a fan, 37-year-old Oscar Ramirez of Houston, entered the ring at Night Of Champions exactly when the mystery partner was about to be revealed. The WWE did not take the incident lightly of course and have filed charges against the fan. He has been charged with criminal trespass of a building or property with no forced entry.
The fan for his own good accepted the charges and pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 days in jail. It could have gone much worse if a trial would have taken place, after which he would have faced a 1.5-year jail term.
- The fan that barged into the ring timed his entry to perfection as he came at the time the mystery partner of Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose was about to be revealed. Y2J Chris Jericho, who was the partner eventually, commented on the situation and sent out a stern warning to the fans who are thinking of trying to emulate Oscar, who faces jail time for his stupid act.
