Former WCW star defends Dana White's comments, Bully Ray and Austin Aries react, Virgil's response
To state the obvious, UFC President Dana White has been receiving some backlash from wrestlers over the weekend after calling pro wrestling "fake s--t" when discussing the cost of UFC pay-per-views as opposed to WWE shows. Dana wrote on Twitter, "...fake sh-t should be 9.99... not disrespecting what they do. All the WWE guys I have met are awesome people but yes it's fake."
Former WCW star Glenn "Disco Inferno" Gilbertti defended Dana's comments on Twitter, writing:
Pro wrestlers need to stop fighting with @danawhite. If the matches looked more realistic, then people wouldn't treat it condescendingly.

The fact that @BrockLesnar doesn't cripple everyone he wrestles in WWE with his bare hands makes @danawhite's argument for him.

Wrestlers are going to have to fight for real from now on in their matches to prove @danawhite wrong. Should be an interesting show.

It's amazing that political correctness worked it's way into wrestling #DontSayFake, people get offended.

– Bully Ray, Velvet Sky and Austin Aries took to Twitter to respond to Gilbertti:
