Graphic video: Sheamus receives medical attention backstage after his match

A busted up Celtic Warrior

Sheamus was subjected to medical treatment after his match against Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose on RAW.

The Celtic Warrior received stitches on his forehead from the doctors backstage, soon after his match against Dean Ambrose. The Lunatic Fringe and Sheamus had the first match of the night and put on a fairly entertaining bout.

WWE posted a graphic video that showed Sheamus getting attended by the doctors, who fixed up the wound on his forehead. Below is the video:

In spite of the injury, Sheamus was part of the ocean of WWE stars that were pitted against Roman Reigns in the All vs one main event –  a match announced by Vince McMahon at the start of the show.

It is still not sure how the Celtic Warrior sustained the injury, but it seemed like a nasty little cut. His opponent – Dean Ambrose – also suffered a similar cut a few weeks back and incidentally, it was in a Steel cage match against Sheamus itself.

This week’s RAW saw a huge title change as Kalisto defeated Alberto Del Rio to become the new United States Champion. Other than that, Brock Lesnar made a rampaging return, taking out the entire roster and Roman Reigns to officially enter the Royal Rumble match.
