WWE News: WWE Hall of Famer creates controversy with his extreme non-PG words
Prior to WrestleMania, situations between the Divas Champion (now Women’s Champion) Charlotte and a former Divas Champion, Natalya started to heat up. Due to the interference of Ric Flair, Charlotte retained her Championship against Natalya at WWE Roadblock.
The feud was resurrected after WrestleMania and the two women will again fight, with the championship on the line, at WWE Payback, this Sunday.
Few weeks ago, in a backstage segment in RAW, Natalya informed that her uncle, WWE Hall of Famer, Bret Hart will accompany her to the ring at Payback to prevent a possible interference by Ric Flair. Since then, Flair was teased by Natalya regarding Bret Hart and how the Harts are superior than the Flairs.
In the recent SmackDown tapings, Dean Ambrose hosted his talk show, Ambrose Asylum with Charlotte, Ric Flair and Natalya as guests. Wrestlinginc.com reports that during that segment Flair uttered something extremely non-PG towards Natalya.
It was referred as a ‘slip of tongue’ and will be edited out of the segment when the show airs. Ric Flair was heard to say “kill yourself” to the former Divas Champion. Fans in attendance heard that ‘slip of tongue’, as confirmed by the tweets below :
@iLikeJonMoxley @nicolesbrianna @RicFlairNatrBoy @NatbyNature He said it in reference to Bret being better than him. Slip of the tongue!

@iLikeJonMoxley He was heated when Nattie saying Bret could handle him & he Flair'ed up in the promo. Highly doubt it was malicious intent.

In defense of Flair, one can only say that he was the king of promos back in 80’s, but referring to something akin to suicide in this era will not be received well by the audience. Maybe, Flair should retire before he does some serious damage to Charlotte’s career.
