He will always be remembered for his top-notch wrestling skills and unparalleled in-ring psychology. His partnership with fellow legend Ray Stevens is regarded as a legendary tag team in the annals of wrestling.

The exact reason behind his sad demise is not known as of yet, but it has been attributed to lingering health issues. His peers credit him for his exemplary charm and charisma, that complimented his skills inside the squared circle which made him the complete package.

He has had noteworthy feuds with the likes of Hulk Hogan, Jerry Lawler, Billy Robinson, Mr. Saito and Dick the Bruiser, to name a few. He was inducted into the WWE HOF in 2007 and was also part of the Legends Lumberjack match between Ted Dibiase and Christian on Monday Night Raw in 2010.

Our condolences go out to Nick’s family and may god give them the fortitude to deal with their loss. May his soul rest in peace.
