Hell in a Cell was a stacked pay-per-view despite the fact that just an hour before the pay-per-view began there were just four matches officially announced for the main card. WWE was able to add a number of bouts to the event at the last minute and in the end, aside from the ending to the show, the crowd in attendance was fully behind every match that was presented.

There were just two title changes on the night, and both were in women's matches that were announced in the last few days. Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins both retained their Championships inside the steel structure, even though both endings were very different.

In total there were nine matches on the night and anyone who watched the show live will know that there were some interesting stats that were made as part of these matchups.

Becky Lynch defeated Sasha Banks in her first-ever Hell in a Cell match last night, and it was a win that meant much more than just retaining her Raw Women's Championship. Lynch and Banks included a number of throwbacks to the first-ever Women's Hell in a Cell match back in 2015, but Banks was unable to pick up the victory she longed for inside the structure.

That being said, Banks has quite a record against Becky Lynch in one-on-one matches, which boded well for her heading into this event, but The Man was able to force Banks to tap, which was her first-ever victory against The Boss in a one-on-one match.

Heading into the show, Banks was undefeated against Lynch when they collided one-on-one, but inside Hell in a Cell Lynch was able to end The Boss' streak.
