The backstory

Back in 2015, Charlotte Flair came up to the WWE main roster along with Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch. She soon became one of the most popular women in the big leagues and won the Women's title on several occasions. Charlotte became the first woman to beat Asuka, when she defeated The Empress of Tomorow at WrestleMania 34.

Additionally, Charlotte has competed in the first-ever Women's Hell in a Cell Match against arch-rival Sasha Banks. At WrestleMania 35, Charlotte became one of the first three women to compete in the main event of The Show of Shows. It's a given that Charlotte will go down in history as one of the greatest women wrestlers in WWE history. Before making her way to WWE, Flair made a bunch of appearances in WCW during its dying days, back in 2000.

Charlotte's WCW appearance

By the time 2000 came around, it was clear as day that WCW was a sinking ship. The promotion was just not working and would get bought by Vince McMahon the next year. In mid-2000, an ongoing storyline introduced us to Ric Flair's family, which included Charlotte Flair, who was a 14-year old kid at the time. Here's the clip:

One segment saw Vince Russo giving the fans a tour of Ric Flair's home, with Charlotte making a quick appearance. A month later, Charlotte was seen accompanying Flair to the ring, along with his other family members.

The aftermath

Vince McMahon bought off WCW in March 2001, bringing in Ric Flair back to WWE. Years later, Charlotte is now carrying the legacy of her father and could very well break his record of 16 World title reigns.
