WWE Live Event Results - Montreal, Quebec

The Brock Lesnar match saw an unusual event

WWE’s latest Live Event in the chilly Montreal in Quebec, Canada saw some exciting matches and here’s a lowdown of the events that unfolded that night.

* Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady with Carmella got the better of WWE NXT Tag Team Champions Dash and Dawson in a non-title match. The overall match was superb, with quality pre-match stuff from the babyfaces

* Jack Swagger overcame Stardust with the Patriot Lock, earning him acclaim.

* Goldust defeated Viktor. Konnor joined in after the match and The Ascension had a go at Goldust until R-Truth stepped in and helped restore order.

* Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman defeated Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper in a Handicap Match. Wyatt cut a promo before the match and claimed that it would be 2-on-1 but he never tagged in. The match was easily the best of the night, with great reactions. Both the wrestlers gave everything they had, but Lesnar inflicted plenty upon Harper. The latter took several suplexes and a few F5s, including one after the match

* WWE Divas Champion Charlotte held out against Natalya with a roll-up after Ric Flair interfered. Another good match of the evening.

* WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day defeated Sheamus and King Barrett by disqualification when Barrett used Francesca 2 the trombone on Kofi Kingston. This was another quality match.

* WWE Hall of Famer Pat Patterson came out and introduced Sami Zayn, who came out with a Montreal Canadiens jersey on. That was quite a spectacle.

* WWE Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens managed to overcome Dean Ambrose and Sami Zayn in a Triple Threat. Owens and Patterson tangled for a few seconds during the pre-match introductions. 

Montreal should count itself lucky for witnessing such superb entertainment.
