Mark Henry talks retirement plans and his possible opponent

This time he is serious

 – The World’s Strongest Man, Mark Henry has been flirting with the idea of retirement from WWE soon. Mark Henry, during the India Tour, spoke with the Times of India and said that he would love to bow out of pro wrestling at Wrestlemania 32.

The one time WWE World Heavyweight Champion and ECW Champion was speaking about it on his appearance on the WNS podcast and hinted that the retirement was coming sooner rather than later. Mark Henry had this to say.

"I want to go out in dramatic fashion," Henry explained. "Win, lose or draw I want to have a retirement match and a lot of guys have done it. Maybe even let the WWE Universe decide what my match will be. I'm not sure yet but it's imminent. It's coming."

He explained that he has been in the WWE for about 20 years and would be excited to go out in a grand fashion at the grandest stage. For quite some time, the World’s Strongest Man has not been regular on TV but has still delivered when it came to putting young talent over. A hard worker and a power lifter, Mark was also pondering about who his final opponent would be and said.

"Daniel Bryan is one of my favorite wrestlers. As a talent, as an entertainer, the way our fans love and revere him. There's never been a match he and I have been in where it was bad. He is one that I would definitely like to consider. He's been gone a long time dealing with injuries and I know how that feels and I know that somebody like Daniel with his credentials would be really cool,"

Daniel Bryan would be a fine opponent for Mark Henry for his swansong with the WWE and the Pro Wrestling world due to his experience working with Henry and being an overall talented wrestler. Mark cut a promo on RAW a few years back and teased retirement before attacking John Cena, would be looking to bow out with the wholehearted support of the fans and the whole locker room.
