WWE may have subtly confirmed two RAW stars will split up from The Judgment Day
WWE Saturday Night's Main Event has kicked off from the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The marquee event has made a comeback to WWE nearly after two decades.
The Stamford-based promotion will certainly add some major twists to the current storylines at the SNME. One of them could involve two superstars from The Judgment Day, Finn Balor and JD McDonagh, shifting away from the group.
The WWE World Tag Team Champions were seen walking separately at SNME, while Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and Dominik Mysterio were seen in another group. The distance within Judgment Day could be the possible fallout between Dominik Mysterio and Finn Balor. The two superstars have been at loggerheads for the past few weeks. Even though they might not have confronted each other openly, things aren't certainly well between them.
It started with Finn Balor's excessive domination of the group. He declared himself the leader of the faction and started criticizing Dominik Mysterio for allowing Damian Priest to get closer to Gunther's WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Dominik then hit back at Balor, accusing him of being jealous that Dom had reached closer to the world's heavyweight title than Balor could ever have. Liv Morgan and other members intervened before things could turn sour between them.
However, the two remained cold. In last week's episode of RAW, while confronting Gunther, Balor once again took a shot at Dominik. He told Gunther that he had allowed a match to someone undeserving of it (Mysterio) on RAW. Dominik didn't react to this but might do so at SNME.
Dominik Mysterio might betray Finn Balor after WWE Saturday Night's Main Event
At SNME, Balor lost the triple-threat match against Gunther and Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship. The Ring General pinned Balor after a powerful powerbomb.
Dominik Mysterio might criticize The Irish Superstar for failing to win the championship, which might further infuriate Balor. They might confront each other on RAW this week.
Their feud might culminate at Royal Rumble PLE, where they can face each other. It remains to be seen how Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio will get along in the group after SNME.
