WWE Money in the Bank 2013: 5 talking points of the PPV
Scripting a good pay-per-view that keeps up with all the hype surrounding it is a difficult thing to say the least.
Quite often that not, we tend to criticize WWE for their lacklustre PPVs and blame them for the poor show but little do we realise the effort that is put in not only by the wrestlers, but also the script writers.
But this time around, WWE made completely sure that we had nothing to complain about as they gave us a PPV that nearly had it all. From the return of Mr. Monday Night to Paul Heyman doing the unthinkable, MITB set the stage for SummerSlam to be an epic PPV.
Without further ado, let us look into the top 5 talking points of the PPV:
1. Randy Orton wins the All-Star MITB Ladder match
Randy Orton won the All-Star MITB ladder match which gives him a shot at the WWE title. Well, this doesn’t tell you everything else that happened in the match.
From extreme bumps to brutal crashes, this ladder match saw wrestlers take a lot of hits. The key moments were Sheamus crashing into the ladder and RVD’s 5 star frog splash from the top of a ladder. Daniel Bryan proved why he is the best in the company today and CM Punk gave us nothing less.
On the whole, this All-Star match lived up to the expectations that people had on it. The result has surely brought in a lot of questions and RAW tomorrow might give us answers to just that.
