From the WWE Rumor Mill: Paige could be returning to WWE TV this week
What's the story?
Paige has been going through a lot as she prepares for her in-ring return. But now it looks like we're closer than ever to seeing WWE's Anti-Diva on television once more.
A new report from PWInsider might give fans a good clue that her debut could be even sooner than expected.
In case you didn't know...
Few people have been able to capture the fascination of the WWE Universe like Paige. But she was taken out of action due to a neck injury which required a procedure and plenty of recovery time.
The heart of the matter...
It seems like Paige is always on the go. PWInsider reported Paige was in Ottawa, Ontario Canada at Bound For Glory although she obviously wasn't shown on the Impact Wrestling pay-per-view.
Paige is believed to be debuting on SmackDown Live when she makes her return to WWE television. But her return date is still up in the air. However, it seems like Paige was on her way to another destination.
She later told people that she was taking a flight, but it wasn't disclosed where her destination was.
Since SmackDown Live is taking their show to Manchester for a pre-taped edition of the program, some people are under the impression that WWE might have scheduled Paige's return to coincide with SmackDown's event in the UK.
Her return in the UK would certainly give her the best chance possible in blowing the roof off the building when her powerful entrance music hits once again.
What's next?
Hopefully, Paige will be making her return to television very soon so she can get back to business.
But if she returns at this point and expects to be a part of Survivor Series, she might need to bump someone off the women's team in order to do so.
Author's take
Paige's return is going to be a big deal and WWE needs to book her in such a way. With the Fighting With My Family movie on the way, it would be a good idea to feature her as much as possible. If anything, because she's one of the best female workers on the roster.
Let's just hope she's able to put everything else out of her mind that might be distracting to her and focus on being the best in the world.
