WWE News: AJ Styles talks about if he will be missing this year's WrestleMania
What's the story?
AJ Styles was attacked by Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens last weekend at the Madison Square Garden live event and there have been numerous reports over the past few days that claim that the WWE Champion was legitimately injured as part of the segment.
In case you didn't know...
AJ Styles is booked to face Shinsuke Nakamura at this year's WrestleMania with the WWE Championship on the line in a match that many members of WWE Universe are calling a fantasy match.
Styles has overcome a number of obstacles to ensure that he was part of this match including the six-way title match at Fastlane last weekend. The match has been teased ever since Nakamura was promoted to the SmackDown brand and is finally set to take place in just over two weeks time.
Styles was scheduled to team with Nakamura to face Owens and Zayn at the weekend's live event but after Zayn and Owens attacked at the beginning of the show, Styles was taken out of the match due to a leg injury. When Styles ran out to make the save later in the night, he was limping which has led to rumors that the injury is legitimate.
The heart of the matter
Styles' injury was evaluated at Raw last night but the results haven't been released publically at this time. He was part of today's conference call though and it seems that the subject of his injury was raised.

"I will go to WrestleMania even if I have one less leg."
It seems that AJ Styles is determined to wrestle at WrestleMania in one of the biggest matches on the card regardless of whether he's cleared or not.
What's next?
AJ Styles is scheduled to appear at tonight's SmackDown Live taping's in Dallas, Texas but it is unknown what part he will be playing in the show overall.
Author's take
Styles has been in the wrestling business long enough to know the risks so he wouldn't make a statement that he couldn't back up. Either the injury isn't as bad as first feared or Styles is much stronger than he has been given credit for. Either way, this is one of the matches that the WWE Universe has been looking forward to and it seems that AJ is doing everything he can to make it happen.
