What's the story?

It seems like Alicia Fox has been in some serious hot water lately. After all the recent controversy regarding her showing up to a live event intoxicated and being responsible for getting Arn Anderson fired, she's responded in a cryptic message on Instagram.

In case you didn't know...

WWE legend Arn Anderson, who was a longtime backstage agent in WWE, was recently released, much to the surprise of many people. It's believed that he always had a tense relationship with Vince McMahon, whereas the likes of Triple H were supportive of him.

A recent report from Fightful.com revealed that Alicia Fox had reportedly shown up to a live event intoxicated, and she was allowed to wrestle anyway because Anderson was the agent of her match. This was the final straw for Vince McMahon, who released him for it.

Alicia Fox hasn't been on TV much since the Royal Rumble. She and Jinder Mahal were the runners up of the Mixed Match Challenge season 2.

The heart of the matter

On Instagram, Alicia Fox posted for the first time since mid-Feb, talking about resilience

She appropriately commented "#Nofoxgiven" at the end of the post. It's been reported that Fox was offered rehab but she refused, and she's been on "thin ice" in the past as well. However, from the look of things, she won't be the one who'll be punished in any way.

Regardless, she won't be in a marquee WrestleMania match and will most likely just be a part of the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal. It isn't a bad place, because it allows all the women to get on the card. Sadly there can only really be 2 (or 3, now with the tag titles) marquee matches for the women at WrestleMania.

What's next?

We hope Alicia Fox bounces back soon from what happens. She's too talented to be underutilized in WWE.
