What's the story?

SmackDown Live superstar R-Truth turned a year older on 19th January. To celebrate his 47th birthday, Renee Young sent out a hilarious Tweet.

This Tweet showed R-Truth teaming up with her husband Dean Ambrose to scare Young, in her own house. You will definitely laugh out loud when you watch this Instagram clip.

In case you didn't know...

Renee Young is the colour commentator on RAW and the first full-time female commentator in the brand's history.

She is always in support of the babyfaces on RAW, with the sole heel exception being her husband, Dean Ambrose.

R-Truth had gotten a little lost in the shuffle on SmackDown Live, but he seems to be back in the thick of things again.

R-Truth and Carmella won the Mixed Match Challenge and will enter the Royal Rumble at Number 30, as a result. One hopes that R-Truth does not enter the Women's Royal Rumble by mistake.

The heart of the matter

We see Dean Ambrose and R-Truth at the beginning of the video, where Truth proclaims that Renee Young does not know that he has come over to visit. It seems like R-Truth hides in the closet waiting for Renee Young to open the door for her.

The funniest part of the video has to be the sound of Dean Ambrose laughing his guts out in the background as his wife screams strong insults at R-Truth.

This is just a great indication of how chilled out and friendly WWE Superstars are, beyond the ring. It also makes us realise just how funny R-Truth can be.

What's next?

Will R-Truth be the man to stand tall after the Royal Rumble? I think not. But that said, expect him to have a prominent role on TV in the weeks that follow.
