What's the Story?

Vince McMahon may be intent on keeping Becky Lynch out of the WrestleMania main event, but The Man is still drawing in fans left and right.

Lynch had a long line of fans waiting to meet her at the Cricket Wireless meet and greet in Houston, Texas.

In Case You Didn't Know

Lynch and other WWE Superstars participate at Meet and Greet events through Cricket Wireless throughout the year.

The city of Houston has a large wrestling fan base along with Chicago, New York City and other major metropolitan areas.

The Heart of the Matter

Fans were waiting in the rain to meet the former SmackDown Women's Champion and were elated to meet the future WrestleMania main eventer.

Lynch and the other Four Horsewomen, Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks and Bayley, have been the most popular women's wrestlers on the roster, but Lynch's popularity exploded last fall.

Her feud with Charlotte was highly praised and their match at Evolution was regarded by many to be WWE's best match on the main roster.

Lynch was "suspended" by McMahon on last week's episode of Monday Night Raw.and was replaced by Flair to face Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 35.

The Man wouldn't take this suspension without raising hell and attacked Flair at a SmackDown Live Event on Saturday, before being brutally attacked by Flair until her knee was "re-injured."

Despite the uproar it caused on social media, Lynch being replaced by Flair is expected to lead to a match between the two at Fastlane where she will be added back to the match, making the WrestleMania main event a triple threat.

What's Next?

Lynch is still suspended from WWE, but that isn't likely to stop her from appearing at the pay-per-view this Sunday, especially if Flair make an appearance at some point during the show.
