WWE News: Becky Lynch suspended from WWE, attacks Stephanie McMahon on WWE RAW (Video)
What's the story?
As we reported yesterday, Becky Lynch was invited to WWE RAW by Stephanie McMahon following her Royal Rumble win.
Over the week, Becky has been selling her knee injury and that continued on tonight's episode of RAW and led to Stephanie McMahon trying to force Becky Lynch to see a WWE doctor.
In case you didn't know...
Becky Lynch challenged Asuka at the WWE Royal Rumble for the SmackDown Women's Championship. After an epic battle. Asuka forced Lynch to tap out.
Later in the night, Becky replaced Lana in the Royal Rumble and went on to win the whole thing by eliminating Charlotte Flair. Lynch showed up on WWE RAW the following night, confronting Ronda Rousey after her match against Bayley. Lynch told Rousey that she wanted her at WrestleMania.
The following night on WWE SmackDown, Charlotte and Becky got into a fight after which Becky quickly left the arena.

The heart of the matter
WWE RAW opened with Stephanie McMahon and #1 contender for the RAW Women's Championship, Becky Lynch. After congratulating Lynch on her meteoric rise, Stephanie said that she was going to have to insist that Becky let a WWE doctor check out her knee - something Stephanie repeatedly stressed was for Becky Lynch's own good.
Stephanie stressed that if Becky Lynch refused to get her knee checked out, she would be banned from WWE until further notice. When Becky refused, Stephanie went through with her threat and this led to Becky attacking her.
Lynch and McMahon had to be separated before Becky was led out of the arena.
What's next?
Becky Lynch will face Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 35 but we don't know anything about plans for her in the two months in between. According to rumors, Charlotte Flair could still be added to the Mania title match.
