WWE News: Blockbuster segment announced for Monday Night Raw next week
What's the story?
Monday Night Raw was A Moment of Blissless this week and while the segment is usually hit or miss overall, the company promised an extra special edition of the show next week. Interestingly enough, Bliss' segments have been known to go off the rails at times, which could mean that the company has something big planned for the segment.
In case you didn't know.....
Alexa Bliss has been in and out of action over the last couple of months due to an ongoing concussion injury, and it has forced the company to keep her on the sidelines for now. Fortunately for Bliss, WWE also decided that they wanted to keep her on television, which resulted in Bliss getting her own talk show.
Again, it hasn't always been the focal point of Monday Night Raw and has had about as many hits as misses but it ultimately allowed her to stay on television despite an injury. It has also given her a chance to stay relevant by allowing her to wrestle in short bursts from time to time.
The Heart of the matter
WWE revealed that Alexa Bliss would be hosting a very special edition of A Moment of Bliss next week and would be introducing the six competitors that would compete in the women's money in the bank ladder match. Of course, it is not known whether Bliss will compete in the match or not, especially with her injury woes, but it will definitely make next week very interesting to watch.
It will also answer a lot of the important questions that WWE fans have wanted answers to, like whether Sasha Banks will compete, or if the company will announce a surprise pick. Bliss could also go into a feud with one of the ladies from the match, which could help launch the deserving superstar into stardom.
What's next?
In the end, the WWE Universe will have to wait to find out the competitors for next month's Money in The Bank pay-per-view, but the possibilities are truely endless with this one. In fact, between Alexa Bliss, Sasha Banks, Lacey Evans and everyone else on Raw, WWE comes out a winner no matter who they put in!
