WWE News: Braun Strowman posts beardless photo

What's the story?

Braun Strowman is one of the most popular Superstars in WWE right now, a dominant force that stampedes through whatever is put in front of him. Strowman posted an old, almost unrecognizable photo of himself on Twitter, without a beard. It has to be seen to be believed!

In case you didn't know...

WWE Superstar Braun Strowman is at the top of his game right now, rampaging through the RAW roster over the last few months.

Strowman recently won the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble match in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, eliminating 13 opponents on his way to victory. Strowman followed it up with another monstrous performance at RAW in Montreal.

The heart of the matter

The WWE Universe is so used to seeing Braun with his beard that the beardless photo Braun posted on his Instagram surprised us. Braun looks almost unrecognizable, nothing like the 'Monster Among Men' we all know and love:

What's next?

Braun Strowman will team up with recently returned WWE Superstar Bobby Lashley at Sunday's Backlash PPV to face Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

Lashley's return hasn't gone as well as expected so far, with fans barely reacting to the former ECW Champion's return. Then there's the massive botch at the Greatest Royal Rumble where Lashley almost dropped Big Cass on his head while trying to hit his patented delayed Vertical Suplex.

Braun has all the momentum in the world behind him right now, and unlike Roman Reigns, he's over in ALL markets. If the Reigns experiment is truly over, Vince needs to put the Universal Championship on Strowman as soon as possible. He's the best choice to carry the title into WrestleMania 35.
